Requirements & Enrollment Procedures

Step 1 Prospective Student

  • Complete the Prospective Student Form
  • Schedule a tour
  • All prospective students entering K-8th grade must take an entrance exam
  • Any IEP’s must be presented to the administration prior to acceptance

Step 2 Enrolling Student

  • Complete the Online Enrollment Form
  • Once child has been accepted to our program, bring in the following documentation
    • Registration fee
    • Birth certificate
    • Immunization records
  • Sign your contract
  • Curriculum and Resource fees are due no later than the first day of school
  • Classroom supplies must accompany student on their first day

Invoice Payment Information

Invoices arrive on the first of each month, by email and are due upon receipt and considered late after the 15th (late fee of $35 applies.) 

Invoices can be paid by:

  • Online ACH Payment
    • Paid through your invoice
    • Option is free if paid in full within two payments
    • Additional payments per invoice incur a $1 fee
  • Bank or Personal Check
    • Payable to Ocean View Christian Academy
    • Cancelled check serves as receipt
    • Return check fee $25

  • Cash
    • Please ask for a receipt!
